Volunteer Blogs

Hear from our volunteers about their thoughts on working with communities

Planning Aid for London values the support that we receive from our volunteers. From undergraduates to recently retired architects and planners, they help to provide advice and support to Londoners who want to make positive changes in their neighbourhoods.

This section of our website will highlight blogs from our volunteers about their experiences at Planning Aid for London and their thoughts on current planning topics.

Community workshops in Edmonton

As part of our outreach strategy we partnered with Doodle Designs on a series of workshops for families, people aged 11-17 and over 65s. These workshops looked at the Local Plan for Enfield and what residents would like to see in Edmonton.

Our volunteer QingYuan Guo wrote about his experiences at these workshops.
